These units are widely used at hospitals, railways, airports, disaster camps, and army, etc. Usually, the morgue cooler temperature of mortuary cabinet remains between -10℃ to 5℃ but in some cases freezing temperature can also be designed.
Our standard mortuary cabinets are available in six bodies; we also made customized units for larger sizes. Our 6-room mortuary freezer is designed for short – or long-term storage of dead bodies and is suitable for hospitals, railways, airports, disaster relief camps, troops and more. Through precise temperature control and reliable storage performance, the equipment ensures that the body is properly preserved at low temperatures. The standard configuration can accommodate up to six bodies, or custom models in different sizes are available on demand to meet a variety of storage needs.
Strong and durable structural design
The inner shell of the freezer cabinet is made of high quality 201 stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and luxurious appearance. Cabinet insulation layer using imported polyurethane foam material, thick structure not only effectively prevent heat loss, but also ensure lasting insulation effect. The door seal is made of high quality rubber strip, which is aging resistant and prolongs the service life of the door seal. The cabinet door is equipped with a safety lock design to prevent accidental opening and ensure the safety of internal items.
Efficient internal systems
The interior is equipped with a removable stainless steel tray with a small roller at the bottom to facilitate pushing, pulling and moving the body. Each tray can bear 150kg, suitable for anatomical operating table and other occasions. The sliding system is quiet and fully scalable, ensuring convenience and efficiency in use. The double-sided cooling system of the freezer reduces cooling time and ensures an even distribution of temperature inside the freezer.
Advanced temperature control system
Each chamber is equipped with an independent cooling system, and the temperature range can be adjusted independently to ensure that each chamber does not interfere with each other. Even if one compressor fails, the other chambers can still operate normally. The high precision computerized temperature control system can precisely control the temperature, the temperature setting range is 5ºC to -10ºC, the display accuracy and resolution are 0.1ºC, and provides temperature calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the temperature. The imported temperature recording and printing system is equipped with multiple precision sensors and digital displays, which is convenient for users to monitor and manage temperatures in real time.
Perfect security alarm system
The device has a triple alarm mode, including buzzer, flash and remote alarm function, and is equipped with seven obstacle alarm systems, such as high temperature, low temperature, sensor failure, door opening, power supply, low backup battery and low voltage alarm. The built-in lithium battery can maintain sound and light alarm for 72 hours after power failure to ensure the safe storage of data. Each freezer is equipped with four high-quality universal wheels to ensure that the equipment can be easily moved from place to place. The power supply supports 220-240V/50Hz-60Hz. You can also select a backup power supply (UPS) as required to ensure continuous operation of the device.
