POWER-420A Hospital Medical Operating Room Monopolar/Bipolar Electrosurgical Unit

Electrosurgical units (ESU) use a high-frequency electrical current to cut tissue and control bleeding by causing coagulation. Tissue resistance to the high-density current causes a heating effect which results in tissue destruction. Electrical current is delivered and received through cables and electrodes.

POWER-420A Monopolar/Bipolar Electrosurgical Unit  Features:
◆PURE CUT
Low-power setting for accurate cutting without thermal damage, such as plastic, scab cutting.
Higher power setting (80W~180W), suitable for urology surgery, and vaporize electrotomy of obstetrics and gynecology.
◆BLEND
It has coagulation effect while cutting and is widely used to surgical operations such as general, thoracic, abdominal, hysteroscope and urinary surgeries.
Having adopted the automatic power adjustment technology, the above two modes have advantages of high efficiency and low power consumption.
Low voltage output specially designed for endoscopic surgery; greatly reduce risks inherent to such operations.
Bipolar macro mode (bipolar cut):specially designed for endoscopic surgery, such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy surgery.
Adopt the contact quality monitoring system which is proven safe by globe clinical application.
