Carbon Fiber Spinal Frame System Features:
1.Universal Compatibility
Designed to be fully compatible with all types of operating tables, the system integrates seamlessly into existing surgical environments without additional modification.
2.Fully Radiolucent Design
Both the prone positioning support and the frame are constructed with high-quality radiolucent materials, including carbon fiber, allowing unobstructed use of imaging systems such as C-arm, G-arm, and O-arm during procedures.
3.Enhanced Patient Safety Monitoring
The headrest is made of high-density memory foam for superior comfort and pressure distribution. An integrated mirror beneath the headrest enables continuous observation of the patient’s facial condition and intubation status, ensuring maximum intraoperative safety.
4.Flexible Height and Tilt Adjustment
The lifting column allows manual height adjustment to match different operating table levels. The frame can synchronously tilt left and right with the operating table when the locking mechanism is released, providing optimal surgical access. A secure locking handle ensures stability once the desired position is set.
5.Detachable and Space-Saving Structure
The modular design allows the system to be easily disassembled for compact, three-dimensional storage, helping medical facilities optimize space utilization.
Carbon Fiber Spinal Frame System Functional Advantages
1.Stable Elevation with Imaging Compatibility
Featuring a reliable lifting structure, the system provides stable support throughout procedures while maintaining full compatibility with advanced imaging equipment, making it ideal for spinal surgery and cervical traction applications.
2.Expandable Limb Traction Capability
The radiolucent prone support design allows for additional limb traction configurations, enhancing versatility for complex orthopedic and trauma procedures.
3.Flexible Perineal Post Positioning
The perineal post can be positioned in three locations (left, center, right), allowing medical staff to maintain ergonomic working positions during pelvic surgeries and lower limb traction procedures.
