Adopting imported aluminum-magnesium alloy for overall milling, it has high density, corrosion resistance, and anti-aging. The surface brushing process improves wear resistance, and it is both light and durable.

2. Universal flexible adjustment system

-Multifunctional base: The spacing between the plug rods is adjustable (165-600mm), suitable for all types of operating tables; the lifting range is 850mm±50mm, the front and rear movement is 400mm, the left and right movement is 450mm, and the swing angle is ≥80°, covering all-round adjustment needs.

-Ball head universal shaft: supports 360° rotation, 120° fan-shaped swing and 90° tilt fixation, built-in spring lock and single handle locking design, convenient intraoperative fine-tuning, stable fixation without looseness.

3. Damage-free fixation technology

-U-shaped three-nail head clamp: three nails distributed in an isosceles triangle are pressurized simultaneously to achieve super strong fixation with the least number of nails; it can be quickly switched to a nail-free soft gel headrest to avoid scalp penetration damage.

-Intelligent pressure-adjusting headpin: with scale display and anti-over-penetration platform, precise and controllable pressure, suitable for adults and children, headpin hardness HRC40-48, ensuring safe penetration.

4. Soft gel comfortable design

The headrest and head clamp are made of imported soft gel material, with a smooth and delicate surface, long-term compression without damage, significantly improving the patient’s comfort during surgery.
